oak — boulder

There are several spots in Boulder that I have become attached to, particularly Oak. As a weekly visitor to this little gem, I can verify I have never come across a dish or drink I didn’t find divine. Not only is the food great, but the owner Bryan Dayton is always there to greet you with a smile and has even started to recognize our group of regulars. My choice dishes are the Wianno Oysters with Cucumber & Pickle Juice Mignonette and the Oak Grilled Berkshire Pork Belly, with Pineapple & Kumquat Jam, and House Made Hoisin. My favorite drink is the moscow mule. This place is a Boulder-must if ever in town.
