dia de los muertos

November 1, 2012

This past Sunday Val and I headed to the Fremont Market for our usual relaxing morning and some good finds. We started off the day discovering a creative booth that sold everything one would need for Dia de Los Muertos (The Day of the Dead). Because the celebration starts today, I figured it deserved some acknowledgement. I picked up one of the intricately decorated skulls for my decor and will most likely keep it out year round. We also found Val a fabulous catch-all that had a map of her favorite place, Rome, in the center. On our search for Halloween costumes we came across some eclectic booths that made the morning all that more fun. Of course the day was finished with Los Agaves gluten-free tacos, my favorite.
